Tobacco Vanille or Red Tobacco: which should you buy?

11 Aug 20266 min readBy Vapor Archive

Two tobacco fragrances at different prices. What separates them on skin.

Both are tobacco fragrances, both are heavy, and people ask us to compare them almost weekly.

One is a dessert with tobacco in it. The other is a spice cabinet with tobacco in it. That is the whole decision.

Tobacco Vanille

Tobacco leaf and spice at the top, vanilla, cocoa and dried fruit through the heart, tonka and woods underneath. Sweet, round and comfortable. It is the more wearable of the two.

Red Tobacco

Cinnamon and saffron leading into oud and leather, with vanilla and tonka at the base. Drier, spicier and considerably louder. One dab is a decision.

Which to buy

For daily wear through Harmattan and cool evenings, Tobacco Vanille. For events where you want to be the fragrance people remember, Red Tobacco. If you can only own one, the first.
