These terms cover any order placed with Vapor Archive, on the website or by message. Placing an order means you accept them.
Who we are
Vapor Archive is a Lagos-based seller of premium fragrance oils, filled and dispatched within Nigeria. Contact details for any question about these terms are in the footer of every page.
Placing an order
An order becomes binding when payment is confirmed. Until then, prices and availability may change. We may decline or cancel an order and refund it in full, for example where stock has run out or a price was listed in error.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Nigerian naira and include the bottle, labelling and packaging. Payment is by card, bank transfer or Opay through Paystack, or by transfer when you order by message. We never see or store your card details.
Brand names and inspired-by fragrances
We sell our own fragrance oils inspired by well-known compositions. Brand names appear only to describe the character of a scent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of those brands, and we do not sell counterfeit product.
Description of the fragrances
Note pyramids, accord strengths, longevity and sillage are guides, not guarantees. Fragrance behaves differently on different skin and in different weather, so what you experience may vary from what a page describes.
Preorders
Preorder prices are shown on the page and a deposit is taken at checkout. We propose an arrival date and the order is confirmed only when you agree it; until you do, the deposit is fully refundable and declining the date returns it as account balance or to your card within five business days. Once you agree the date the deposit is committed and is not returned for a change of mind, because the oil is imported specifically for you; it is refunded in full where we fail to deliver, including where the agreed arrival date passes without your bottle. When the oil lands you pay the balance on your account to confirm the order; we do not fill or ship until you do, and a balance left unpaid past the date in your arrival notice forfeits the deposit. Our preorder policy sets all of this out. If an import is delayed we tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy and returns by our refunds and returns policy. Both form part of these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for anything done under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer law.
Skin safety
Our oils are blended within IFRA limits, but any fragrance can irritate sensitive skin. Patch-test on the inner arm first, and stop using a product if a reaction appears. Keep away from eyes and out of reach of children.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We would always rather settle a complaint by message first.
