Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. Written plainly, because you should be able to read it.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address and delivery address so we can fill and deliver an order. If you make an account: your password, held encrypted, and the orders, ratings and wishlist attached to it. If you message us: the conversation itself.
What we never hold
Card numbers. Payment is handled entirely by Paystack, who are PCI-DSS certified. We see only whether a payment succeeded, and the last four digits on the receipt.
Why we use it
To fill your order, deliver it, answer your questions, and tell you when something you asked about is back in stock. If you have an account, to build the scent profile and recommendations shown there.
Marketing
We only send offers to people who asked for them, and every message has a way out. Unsubscribing does not affect order updates, which we send because you bought something.
Who else sees it
Paystack for payments, our courier for the delivery address and phone number, and WhatsApp if that is how you contact us. Nobody else. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone, at any price.
How long we keep it
Order records for six years, because tax law requires it. Account data until you ask us to delete it. Chat conversations for twelve months.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of everything we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us and we will do it within thirty days. Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Cookies
The site keeps a small amount of data on your device so your bag and sign-in survive a refresh. No advertising trackers.
Children
The site is not intended for anyone under sixteen and we do not knowingly collect their details.
