Free on board policy
For wholesale and bulk buyers importing directly, the following FOB terms apply. Retail orders are unaffected.
What FOB means here
Under Free On Board terms, Vapor Archive delivers the goods on board the vessel or to the named carrier at the agreed port of shipment. Risk and cost pass to the buyer at that point.
Our responsibilities
Sourcing and quality inspection of the oils, export packing, labelling to your specification, and delivery to the named port of shipment with the export documentation required.
Your responsibilities
Freight, marine insurance from the port of shipment onward, import duties, customs clearance, and any charges at the destination port.
Minimum order
FOB terms apply to orders of 5 litres of oil or above. Below that we quote delivered pricing instead.
Pricing and currency
FOB prices are quoted per litre in USD and hold for 14 days from the quote date, because oil costs move with the exchange rate.
Inspection
You are welcome to appoint an independent inspector at the port of shipment at your cost. We will accommodate reasonable inspection requests before loading.
Documentation
We supply a commercial invoice, packing list, and the safety data sheets for every oil in the shipment.
